If a referral doesn't lead to a deal, you owe nothing. If you don't use the platform for months, nothing happens. There's no commitment and no downside.

Industry standard: 10% of one year's invoicing.

When a company you refer becomes a paying customer, you earn a commission from the vendor. The standard in the industry is roughly 10% of one year's actual invoicing.

Example

You introduce a company to a software agency. They sign a deal worth $500,000 in the first year. Your commission: $50,000.

Commission terms are set per vendor and per commission plan. Some vendors offer more for specific services or during promotional campaigns. You can compare commission plans across vendors on the platform.

Refenture takes a 20% service fee from your commission for handling agreements, tracking, consolidated payments, and tax paperwork. In the example above, you receive $40,000. Refenture's fee covers everything, so you never deal with invoicing, contracts, or chasing payments yourself.

For vendors: pay when you get paid.
