Getting invited
Refenture is currently invitation-only. There are two paths in:
- Direct invitation. A vendor invites you as an advisor (or vice versa) from inside the platform. You receive an email with a sign-in link.
- Request access. Email hello@refenture.com with a short note about who you are and who you'd like to work with. We'll get you onboarded within a few business days.
First sign-in
Sign in happens with your Google account, via the Continue with Google button on the sign-in page. The email you sign in with must match the email you were invited under.
If you accidentally try to sign in before being invited, the platform will show a "you're not invited" message and sign you back out. Reach out to your inviter (or hello@refenture.com) to be added.
Advisor profile
After your first sign-in, you'll land on the Commissions screen. Before making your first referral, finish your profile:
- Display name and photo. These are what vendors see when you propose a referral.
- Payout details. Bank information for monthly commission payouts (editable at any time from the Profile screen).
- Open for business. Toggle this on to appear in the vendor marketplace. Vendors can discover you and invite you into their commission plans.
There's no vetting or approval step. Once you're invited, you're in.
Vendor profile
Vendors have more setup because the profile is public. Before publishing:
- Company name and website. Shown in the advisor marketplace.
- Logo. Scraped automatically from your website if you don't upload one.
- Description. One paragraph about what you sell and who your ideal customer is.
- Commission plan. At least one plan with terms (percentage, model, scope).
Once the first commission plan is published, advisors can propose referrals.
Team members
For vendor companies: The first person who signs up becomes the Vendor Owner. They can invite additional team members (marked as Vendor Team Members), who can accept/decline referrals and manage campaigns but not edit the company profile or billing.
For advisor profiles: There's no team concept. Each advisor has their own commissions, their own network, their own payouts.
